A procedural model built in Blender from the type’s published dimensions, painted as XW222 ‘Trembling Triple Two’, the Ulster Aviation Society’s Westland/Aérospatiale SA 330E Puma HC.1, the twin-Turmo medium support helicopter assembled by Westland in 1971–72, flown by Nos. 230, 18 and 33 Squadrons (with No. 230 Squadron at Aldergrove, where its crews named it), retired at the end of 2012 without conversion to HC.2 and on display at Maze Long Kesh since July 2014, shown as it is displayed there with both cabin doors run forward, a GPMG in the starboard doorway, the four main blades parked in an X and the intake barrels fitted, painted in the scheme it carries today: overall faded RAF green with dark heat panels behind the exhausts, low-visibility red and blue roundels and a small dark grey ‘XW222’ on the tail boom, red jettison outlines round the cabin doors, the RAF logo, ‘Trembling Triple Two’ in yellow script and the yellow No. 230 Squadron crest on the doors, the squadron’s tiger badge on both cockpit doors, a tiger’s head on the starboard nose, dark grey main blades and green-grey tail rotor blades with red tips.
