A procedural model built in Blender from the type’s published dimensions, painted as WH991, a Royal Navy HR.5 that flew from HMS Illustrious and HMS Centaur, surveyed Trinidad with HMS Vidal and ended its service with 705 Squadron at Culdrose: overall gloss dark sea grey, a Type D roundel and white ‘ROYAL NAVY’ on the tail boom, the serial WH991 aft of it, grey main rotor blades with yellow tips folded back over the boom onto a red crutch and a black tail rotor banded in red and white, as it is displayed at the Yorkshire Air Museum, Elvington.
